Booking Policies
At Grand Touring Auto Spa, we’re committed to providing a smooth, professional, and convenient experience from booking to completion. The following policies help us deliver consistent premium service and protect availability for all clients.
Appointment Deposit
A 15% deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This amount is applied toward your total service and secures your scheduled time slot.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Square system.
Service Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with any aspect of your service, please let us know within 24 hours. We will gladly address any concerns to ensure your experience meets our high standards.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change and are happy to accommodate adjustments when possible. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: Deposit may be refunded or applied to a future appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows: Deposit is non-refundable.
• Missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Membership Clients
We’re excited to launch our membership program soon! Early details will be shared with interested clients - stay tuned or ask us when you book.
Arrival & Vehicle Access
For a smooth and safe service, please ensure the vehicle is parked in a clear, accessible area with enough space for our mobile studio van (approximately 10–12 feet around the vehicle). A standard 110V outdoor power outlet is appreciated when available. If we are unable to begin due to access issues or delays, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Service Conditions
Each vehicle is unique. Final pricing may vary based on size, condition, or excessive buildup (such as heavy pet hair, smoke residue, or severe contamination). Any adjustments will always be communicated and approved with you prior to beginning service.
Weather Policy
As a mobile service, appointments may need to be adjusted due to unsafe or unfavorable weather conditions. In these cases, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment, based on your preference.
Liability Disclaimer
We take every precaution to protect your vehicle. However, Grand Touring Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or issues that arise from hidden conditions (such as weak trim clips, prior repairs, or electrical problems). Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

How do I book an appointment?
Booking is easy and secure through our online system. Choose your service, select an available time slot (we have limited weekly availability to ensure quality), and a small deposit reserves your spot. You’ll receive confirmation right away.
How long does a typical detail take?
Most standard details take 2–4 hours depending on the package and vehicle size/condition. We’ll always give you a realistic time estimate when you book so you can plan your day.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not at all! As long as the vehicle is accessible, you’re welcome to go about your day. Many clients simply leave the car unlocked (or provide keyless entry) and we’ll text you when we’re finished.
What should I do to prepare my vehicle?
Just park in a clear, accessible spot with about 10–12 feet of space around it. If possible, remove any personal items you’d like to keep private. No other prep is needed — we handle everything.
Do you work on all types of vehicles?
Yes! We detail cars, SUVs, trucks, and crossovers of all makes and models. If you have a specialty or oversized vehicle, just let us know when booking so we can make sure it’s a perfect fit.
What if my vehicle has heavy pet hair, smoke, or extra dirt?
We’re equipped to handle it! Just note any special conditions when you book. We’ll communicate any minor price adjustment upfront and get your approval before starting — no surprises.
